Common Questions
What kind of lights can you install?
We can install virtually any lights you own — LED strands, C7/C9 bulbs, icicle lights, net lights, rope lights, and more. We recommend LED for safety and energy savings.
Do I need to be home during installation?
We ask that someone be present at the start so we can walk the property together and confirm placement. After that, you're free to go about your day.
What if my lights stop working mid-season?
With Labor Only, bulb replacement is not included. However, we offer a mid-season service call at an hourly rate. Many clients upgrade to Labor + Materials for full season coverage.
Can I add takedown later?
Yes — takedown can be added at any time before the end of the season. Just call us and we'll schedule it.
